GrowExx is seeking a highly analytical Test Automation Engineer, who has previously written and executed automated testing on enterprise projects with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of SDLC, STLC in the Agile framework.
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for the Implementation of the Tasks allocated during the sprint
- Analyze User Journeys, Mind maps & Process Flows and write create test cases/user journeys for the same
- Identify any unknowns i.e. missing scenarios, etc and consult with PO to ensure those are defined either as a User story or UAC
- Perform exploratory testing – asking the “what if” questions and applying this to explore requirements, software, architecture, etc.
- Write Automation Test Cases using Cucumber/Selenium based on the defined Quality requirements and Testing Parameters for a given System
- Provide detailed estimates before the start of the sprints. Need to work with the Team to get the estimates
- Provide POs and ADMs with daily updates of the team via Jira and teams
- Produce automated Quality Reports demonstrating all the required Quality Metrics for a given system
- Proactively communicate with other members of the team
- Become Quality Evangelist in the organization and follow best practices to develop high-quality software
- Provide HR and Management with any relevant information to help improve organization culture & performance
Key Skills
- Good knowledge of Blackbox and Integration tests
- Good knowledge of Java / Cucumber / Selenium WebDriver / Gherkin Stack across a multi-browser testing environment
- Knowledge of tools Zephyr and JIRA
- Experience in load/performance testing (Locust/JMeter)
- Good to have knowledge of testing Restful API based microservices and/or ESB asynchronous message-based systems
- Good to have knowledge of Security Testing
- Exposure to Test Driven Development
- Knowledge of WCAG Level 2.0
Education and Experience
- B Tech or B. E. 1st Class from top 100 institutes in India
- 2+ Years of relevant experience as Engineer in Test OR Test Automation Engineer
- Should have worked on enterprise-level projects
