Growexx is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help drive the growth of Growexx. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our and our customers’ services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Messaging:
- Craft clear, compelling, and consistent marketing messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and maintain buyer personas to tailor messaging to different customer segments.
- Ensure messaging aligns with our value proposition and sets us apart as industry experts.
Lead Generation:
- Generate innovative marketing (organic and inorganic) campaigns and ideas to engage the target audience.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy.
- Create and optimize content that attracts and engages our target audience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify lead generation opportunities and align marketing efforts accordingly.
- Continuously analyse and refine lead generation tactics to maximize results.
Brand Awareness:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition.
- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment online and take proactive measures to enhance brand reputation.
Trust Building:
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create thought leadership content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Establish [Company Name] as a trusted source of industry insights and expertise.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Drive multiple projects (inhouse or customers) to create strong relationship.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to leverage data analytics for campaign optimization and insights.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR for data protection).
- Existing strong network and relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing initiatives.

Education & Experience
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B lead generation and brand building in the software consulting services company.
