GrowExx is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst in Siebel who will be the interface between product management and engineering delivery teams, with the primary task of translating business needs into actionable, engineering-facing requirements, captured as stories in the Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to ANALYSE System Requirements end-to-end
- Create User Journeys, Mind maps & Process Flows
- Responsible to write Good User Stories using INVEST techniques
- Experience with Siebel Financial Services vertical version 8. X
- Financial Services and Investment Banking/Retail Banking/Consumer Lending Project Experience
- Experience in Mercury and Clarity.
- Experience in Required gathering/analysing requirements
- Experience in creating test plans and scripts in Mercury/ HP QTP/ALM
- Create functional design documentation for Siebel developers
- Creating test plans and scripts in Mercury/ ALM
- Working closely with developers to ensure product is developed to meet customer requirements
- Create defects in Mercury/ALM as part of testing processes
- Analyse and Document the User Requirements, NFRs and Technical requirements for the project
- Proactively communicate with ADMs, Clients and other stakeholders to ensure sprints are pre-planned and backlog groomed to provide visibility of 2 sprints
- Define User Acceptance Criteria, ideally using Gherkin scripts
- Estimate product backlog with the team using Agile estimation techniques
- Create project plans, identify critical paths and project risks
- Break down user stories along with the team to identify technical tasks
- Collaborate with other Peers to define best practices and improve project delivery efficiencies
- Proactively pre-plan the sprints to achieve 90+% confidence of delivery
- Develop State Transition Diagram, Data models and Event Logs
- Document all the system requirements in Jira and Confluence
- Basic understanding of web analytics
- Provide HR and Management with any relevant information to help improve organisation culture & performance
Key Skills
- Good understanding of User Experience Design best practices
- Execute test scripts for Functional Systems and QA testing
- Understanding of OOPs is beneficial
- Must have very high logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Must be able to explain abstract concepts in simple language

Education and Experience
- B Tech or B. E. with 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience working on a B2C or B2B product
- Has worked on Enterprise level projects with an international client
