GrowExx is seeking Talent Acquisition Executive, who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment. Someone who can make the organization a workable place where all are engaged with their responsibilities without any haze. An initiator, who can take steps towards the betterment of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
- Requirement gathering from Business Heads & preparing Job Descriptions
- Job Posting on various portals and co-ordinate with consultants for profiles and interviews
- Hunting for the right fitment and making them understand the company culture, job requirement, and crosschecking fitment of the candidate with respect to requirement
- Scheduling interviews timely of shortlisted candidates after initial screening round
- Ensure fulfilment of the open positions within TAT with best suitable candidate possible
- Maintaining Recruitment Database up to date
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Preparing Offer letters, assessment feedback forms, and other important documents
- Managing Online Test Platforms used for Recruitment
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Key Skills
- Experience of working in IT industry
- Understanding of various tech stacks
- Ability to negotiate with prospects on various aspects
Education and Experience
- BBA / MBA – HR/ PGDHR with rich experience in IT Recruitment
- Minimum 2+ Years of IT recruitment experience
Analytical and Personal skills
- Excellent Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
- Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability
